Photos: before and after service photos you capture through the app
Signatures: digital signatures captured on the device during service pickup or completion
Internal notes: private staff notes attached to service tickets

Third-Party Services
Tikex integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data:
Stripe (stripe.com/privacy) — for processing credit card payments. When you pay by credit card, your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Apple (apple.com/legal/privacy) — for processing in-app subscription purchases through the App Store and for Sign in with Apple authentication. Apple manages subscription billing, payment information, and authentication credentials.
Google (policies.google.com/privacy) — for Sign in with Google authentication. Google provides authentication credentials to verify your identity.
RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy) — for managing subscription entitlements and purchase validation across platforms.
Google Play (policies.google.com/privacy) — for processing in-app subscription purchases through the Google Play Store. Google manages subscription billing and payment information.
Replit (replit.com/site/privacy) — for cloud hosting and infrastructure. Your data is stored on servers managed by Replit.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Tikex offers subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) that provide access to different features and usage limits. Important details about subscriptions:
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or the app's subscription management screen
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To delete your account:
Go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account"
Confirm your identity by entering your password
All your data — including tickets, customers, inventory, templates, and settings — will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings before or after account deletion.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format (CSV export is available in the app for tickets, customers, inventory, and reviews)
Objection: Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes
Withdrawal: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Children's Privacy
Tikex is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action to delete such information.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using Tikex, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date above.
